✅ Free Shipping – Free Shipping is eligible based on Weight, Volume & Order Value of Goods, ATPS encourage free shipping for order value Rs 25000.00 and above, (Condition apply)

✅ Standard Shipping Charges – For orders below Rs 25,000, shipping charges are applicable and will depend on the size and weight of the goods. Please note that shipping charges apply regardless of whether the order value is above Rs 25,000.

Q: If I return a product, will I get a refund on the shipping charges?

Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an item, we will only refund the product cost.

Q: What If Something Goes Wrong?

We take utmost care to ensure your order reaches you safely. However, in the event that your product is damaged during transit, please inform us immediately and we will examine it and, if necessary, send a replacement.

* Replacements are allowed for goods shipped through ATPS's contracted transporter.

* Replacements are not eligible for goods shipped through a transporter suggested or recommended by the Party.
